    The Mountain Osteopathic website information is misleading. It states, "will accept most insurances" and identifies BC/BS as one of the accepted insurers. When I showed up for my consultation, Dr. Miller informed me that she does not submit BC/BS claims for reimbursement because the rate of reimbursement is too low. Also did not care for the fact that doctor-to-patient communication is by email or voice mail. There is no receptionist to take calls or answer questions.

    Dr. Miller cares for my son.
    She is extremely patient, professional and involves my son and me in his care plan.
    Not all healthcare providers listen to their patients/family members, and work to develop the best plan of care for all involved.
    Dr. Wendy has gone above and beyond what I could have ever expected.
    We are Extremely thankful to have her as my son's doctor!
